*Tangent*
I know seems silly that in only over a month I'm already missing school! However, let me explain, you see I've always loved learning. I did not like taking tests or writing papers. My kind of class was the purely discussion/lecture based classes. I LOVED classes that were oriented around a time of lecture and an open class discussion on a certain topic. Bouncing ideas off of other people, refining one anothers perspective, and challenging each others view was invigorating to me. I guess so far, what I love about the FPU classes is that after a 45 minute video of Dave lecturing to the audience there is a time of discussion with the same group of people every week. I love it because I gain momentum and fuel off of everyone else's progress and commitment. It's like a group effort to become financially wise with our money and glorifying God in every decision we make with every dollar. It also brings the body of Christ together in a way that really glorifies God in the manner by which they correct and edify one another. So, what's the challenge? The challenge is not for you but rather for me. I'm challenging myself to record my thought process as I embark on this journey to financial freedom. Hopefully, this will serve for a few reasons:
1. It'll record my current thoughts of what I'm learning so that I can revisit them in the future
2. It might challenge you in your thinking
3. It might stir up and encourage you to embark on this journey as well.
4. It might reveal that you are not the only one out there struggling with money
5. To remind everyone that there is Hope.
